Worst experience ever! The apartment is completely different from the photos, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. The door lock was broken when we were back from the city, locking all our belongings, documents, car keys, and medication inside. Communication with the host was nonexistent, and the agency took 12 hours to resolve the issue. We strongly do not recommend this property or any managed by this agency. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone! The photos are renders - in reality, the apartment looks completely different. The only things that were clean were the bedding and towels. The toilet bowl was superficially disinfected, and the rest of the apartment looked like it had never been properly cleaned. The blinds don’t work, the apartment looks unfinished, and the bed is as hard as a rock. The only positive is the internet connection, which is good. In addition, we experienced an unforgettable and extremely unpleasant situation — the door lock broke, and at midnight, when we returned from the city, we could not enter the apartment. All communication was not with the host, but with the agency, which took 12 hours to resolve the problem. After 2 hours of explaining the situation to the operator, they sent us to another apartment for the night and promised to fix the problem the next morning. However, in the morning, the host became unresponsive to all calls and messages. We were forced to go to the agency in person to demand an immediate solution, as we needed to leave for Serbia. When we asked why they were not responding, they said they were busy, although it seemed they were hearing about our situation for the first time. They took us around Thessaloniki, sent a cleaning lady with a new key, but the key was not the problem. The cleaning lady then called a technician, who arrived without tools to check if the key was the issue. Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να γίνεται μούσκεμα ότι υπάρχει μέσα Υποτυπώδης καναπές,ένα ύψος με το πάτωμα που χωράει ουσιαστικά παιδί μόνο αν ανοιχτεί Πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με απέναντι πολυκατοικία με συνεπεια να πρέπει να έχετε κατεβασμένο το πατζουρι για να μη φαίνεστε

Δεν μας άρεσε τίποτα στο κατάλυμα .ήταν από τα χειρότερα που έχουμε μείνει.βρωμικο με αφημένα σκουπίδια από τους προηγούμενους,βρώμικα σεντόνια, μύριζε τσιγαριλα όλο το σπίτι σε άσχημο βαθμό,τηλέφωνα δεν σήκωναν.δεν κοιμηθήκαμε πότε.φυγαμε άρον άρον .την άλλη μέρα καταφεραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους μόνο κ μόνο για να απαιτήσουμε επιστροφή χρημάτων.κριμα

Amazing location, good value for money, very easy access, contactless check-in and out, close to amenities, bus stop and taxi booth. Very clean, recently renovated. 2 air-cons. Right in the middle of city hustle and bussel. Host very helpful, they replied to my messages almost immediately. They also booked a very early (3.30am) taxi lift to the airport. Taxi driver was on time, very friendly and helped us with the suitcases.

There was no coffee machine or kettle and dining table. The sofa was low. There was only one extra pillow which was dirty. The room released to the market before finished. My partner is Greek and she is used to city noice till late (after midnight). Not recommended to those who go to bed early.
