Location, comfort, cleanliness

Property called regarding booking and I told them my booking site stated that I would pay the property directly and she would not listen and kept telling me that I would need to speak with the booking company and if I didn’t get in touch with them I would lose my reservation. Finally I said okay and called back later. I explained the situation and gave them my card number to pay. Other than the one phone call all was great and we will stay again! The general manager was great!!
