Stocks barn had such a lovely warm and cosy feeling. It had everything needed and all the furnishings were such good quality and very tasteful. The host, David was easily contactable if needed and was very welcoming.

There was nothing not to like.

Beautifully presented, and well thought out accommodation. Super comfortable bed, cosy wood fire, great space, plenty of dishes/glasses.

There is little to dislike. Lovely property in a nice location. If someone has mobility issues could be a problem , but that's all. Owners, property , location wonderful for a peaceful holiday.

Only minor issue of getting estate car out onto narrow road from property

Warm and cosy , lots of space and bedrooms at either end of property . Easy to operate heating system Enclosed area , even though quite compact, for the dogs Wood burning stove - though we didn’t use it Comfy beds Wifi and good internet speed Lovely host Dog friendly and dog walking from the cottage

I would have loved a bath rather than shower . The only real negative, which wasn’t a big problem , was the difficulty parking in the drive . I could have parked along the road but didn’t so it was tight reversing in and driving out .

The cottage vibe is so cute! Honestly the photos don’t do it justice! It’s located in the quaintest town and there’s a few restaurants walking distance! David was such a lovely host! He went above and beyond all our requests and needs.

There’s nothing we didn’t like! The only thing we recommend is supplying body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for guests.

Brilliant property and owner/hosts. Immaculate, very comfortable, spacious and charming property. The effort and attention to detail put into this property stands out. Much appreciated. This was our second stay here. Will return on our next trip to Wellingore when visiting family in the area.

Nothing to be negative about. We loved it again!

It’s a lovely space to be in.

Tiny shower/bathroom. With four of us there we ended up using the kitchen sink to do our teeth! Not ideal and if you were sharing with friends rather than family it would definitely have been more of an issue.
