Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ ευγενική υποδοχή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό, καθαρό και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία επίσης ιδανική, με τα πάντα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (καταστήματα, καφέ και μεγάλες πλατείες). Όταν μου δοθεί ξανά η ευκαιρία να επισκεφθώ τη Θεσσαλονίκη, σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Great location.

The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and major attractions all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and complimentary bottled water was provided in the room upon arrival.

The rooftop garden was locked throughout my stay, and despite contacting the hotel immediately after check-in, I never received a response. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with hair and dust in the bathroom and under the bed. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up. The balcony at the rear of the building was unusable due to a severe pigeon problem, and the smell could even be noticed inside the room. It was also disappointing to find a coffee machine in the room without any complimentary coffee capsules.

The rooms smelled extremely bad, like cat urine, which made the stay very unpleasant. The balcony was also covered in pigeon droppings and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. One of my travel companions actually had to change hotels because the room was so dirty and the overall conditions were unacceptable. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a bikini in my room when I checked out. I contacted the hotel afterwards, but they claimed they could not find it, even though I am absolutely certain I left it there. Overall, the cleanliness standards were very poor, and despite the excellent location, it is not worth staying at this hotel.

Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ άνετο.

Θα θέλαμε καφεδάκια μιας και είχε καφετέρια αλλά όχι τόσο συμπαντικό.

Almost every night drunk tenants were coming back at around midnight and later next to my room arguing and swearing I called several times management sent messages but no one picked the phone or reply my text. Next morning I saw a guy who greeted me on the day of arrival and told him about previous night night issues. He replied that last night he didn't work so I have to complain to person who works nights.
