Super close to the best kafana in Sveti Nikole.
The sounds coming from the street in front of the property were very loud. Also the neighboring grill place was very close and very loud.

Air conditioned, quiet, modern design, hospitable owner., good wifi, parking area
Cleaning. There were 5 empty shampoo boxes in the bathroom. There were also a dirty white towel in the bathroom. It seems toilet and bathroom are not cleaned often. Also the room and sheets doesnt make you feel clean.
