The property is nice, clean and modern. They keys are really difficult to use to access the property. Air conditioning worked well, so well an extra blanket would have been good. The people upstairs are very loud when walking around.

La décoration de l'appartement

L'emplacement et le manque d'hygiène !!! La douche était dégoûtante, de la saleté ds les coins, des cheveux ds le siphon du coup l'eau ne s ecoulait pas! Le porte savon était plein de calcaire puis ne tenait plus.. l'eau devient chaude puis froide. La planche de wc ne tenait pas. Il y avait des crasses ds les gardes robes, du coup on n'a pas mis nos vêtements dedans.. le balai était remplis de crasse quand j'ai voulu brosser,... Bref, le prix ne justifiait pas du tout la hauteur de cet établissement. Il est grand temps de faire un grand nettoyage!

Le sol n’était pas propre, impossible de laisser gambader nos enfants, en 2 minutes les mains et les genoux étaient noir de saletés

We stayed in this apartment during our visit to Como and had a wonderful time. It's located in a quiet area just outside the city center, which made it peaceful yet still convenient. The apartment is very spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The apartment was very well facilitated. We were able to cook our own food and wash our clothes. The beds were comfy and air conditioning was helpful in the summer heat.

The location of the apartment is at least a 30 minute walk to the main Como town. There was outside noise at times, but this didn’t affect our sleep.

lovely apartment however about 20/30 minute walk from everything else. super modern and worth the money!
