Assolutamente nulla.

Non dovrebbe essere legale ospitare gente in una struttura del genere. È una truffa, le foto su Booking non corrispondono alla realtà. Venduto come secondo piano in realtà è uno scantinato senza finestre esterne, che aprono su scantinati interni impolverati e sotto scala. Non c’è alcun riciclo d’aria. Il bagno ha una finestrella che apre su un sottoscala con potenziale accesso a animali. Muri sporchi e cucina di difficile uso sapendo che se succede qualcosa non puoi aprire alcuna finestra. Davvero orribile.

La posizione e la disponibilitá del Signor Alessandro

L assenza di finestre vere nel monolocale(si affacciavano su scale e anfratti interni ) e quindi mancava aria nella camera . La poca disponibilità e di risposte efficaci e veloci della signora che doveva accompagnarci con indicazioni per richiesta di pass e richiesta di check-in anticipata.

Estvimos en junio, en plena ola de calor y no había aire acondicionado ni un ventilador. Si quieres que se mueva un poco el aire tienes que abrir las ventanas, que dan a pasillos interiores del mismo edificio, tampoco sin ventilación directa del exterior. Además, las ventanas principales dan al vestíbulo de entrada de unos vecinos que habitan todo el año que tienen un tendedero y les oyes constantemente cuando entran y salen y/o tienden y destienden la ropa

Eccellente posizione a Bergamo Alta, appartamento comodo e con tutto il necessario per passare 1-2 giorni a Bergamo.

No windows

The property felt like a furnace. I tried to locate the thermostat or A/C controller and discovered that the thermostat was broken. The only available option was to switch the system from heating to cooling. I reported the issue to the owner, who asked for a photo of the thermostat. He confirmed that the heating is on and broken. The only option is to switch the device off. The property has neither a fan nor air conditioning. It’s summer in Italy, with temperatures reaching 27°C. When we contacted the owner, he offered no real solution other than to open a window — but the window opens into a corridor overlooking someone front door, so there’s no access to fresh air. Having no fan during the summer is simply not acceptable.” He also said “ its 27 degree outside and 24 degrees inside the flat so i should be happy” The property is dingy and looks nothing like the photos, no sofa. Peeling walls etc, we didnt stay the night.

Temperature, quality and lighting

This room is essentially a windowless storage closet. Although there are windows, they all face an interior utility space, so there is absolutely no view, no sunlight, and no fresh air. The air in the room is extremely stuffy, and there is no proper ventilation. The atmosphere is extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax or feel safe. There are also no visible smoke detectors, which is a serious safety concern. I spent the night worrying about the lack of ventilation and what could happen in case of an emergency. When I asked the hotel to change my room, I was told, “What did you expect? This is a budget option.” For this price (65 euro), I have stayed in much better apartments and never experienced anything like this. This dismissive response clearly shows the hotel’s attitude towards guests. Additionally, the hotel is located in a ZTL (limited traffic) zone. If you are arriving by car, be aware that the hotel offers a one-day permit for €10, and nearby parking costs around €30 per day. This is important to know if you are planning to drive. Staying in this room felt unsafe for my health and well-being. If you’re looking for a place with natural light, fresh air, or even just basic safety standards, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. The conditions are so poor that I believe it should not be rented to guests at all.
