No breakfast included. Situated opposite a beautiful garden. Cool room with high ceiling & aircon. Lovely shower.

Unfirtunately our room was on the road side which got quite noisy in working hours.

Comfortable with sufficient plugs for charging devices and mosquitoe burner.

Pool to far away but at least has one for use. Tatty storage on entrance path. Move garden table into the garden area under trees for privacy.

Room came with aircon which was a God send for the hot day we had when we arrived. It also came with wooden shutters for the windows, so we could blackout the room for sleeping. We were provided with a full set of keys which made it easy to come and go. Parking was inside behind an automatic gate which helped put our mind at ease knowing our car was safe. Coffee and tea station, along with a mini fridge in the room was great to have, and if our stay wasn't so short and frenetic as we were there for a wedding, we would have used that for sure. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The shower had a bit of a drainage issue and it is on a street that has a bit of traffic.
