Honest review! Avoid this hotel at all cost , I never do reviews but after leaving this hotel I feel it’s necessary! When we first arrived we was pleased with how beautiful the hotel was ! The staff on reception seemed nice and we were exited for our holiday ! The next day we realised the food wasn’t very nice for any of the meals , and there wasn’t many options if you was a fussy eater ( we ate chips every single day), the cocktails weren’t nice either and was all made with fizzy juice. 5 nights into out 7 night holiday we was on a day trip in Symi islands and we received a phone call to say we needed to check out of our room as someone was arriving who they need to put in that room and we needed to be moved , we was extremely unhappy as this was our holiday and the last thing we want to do is pack our things up and move rooms as they said this was a family so they needed our room and we needed to go into a smaller one! Once we were back from symi at 7pm we had to pack ours things and move to a different room , after being in our new room for 10 minutes we had a phone call from reception to say they had found us another room that was an upgrade and a better view and to come back to reception , so we went back to reception waited half an hour after everyone at reception denying calling us they then apologised and took us to look at another room which in fact was another downgrade with no balcony and a smaller bathroom and bedroom! We declined this room and had to then go back to the one we had just been moved to so we had wasted over half an hour for no reason! The lady at reception then owned up to ringing us and didn’t really know what to say ! And to top all of this off we had cigarettes stolen from our room on our second day and my passport also disappeared out of our room! We had both passports together for me and my partner however just mine was taken!

Tolle Lage, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich, vor allem das Service-Personal und das Personal an den Bars. A la carte Dinner mit Maria im Service ist sehr zu empfehlen 😊 das ganze Personal ist sehr bemüht deutsch zu sprechen (was wir grds. nicht erwarten). Das Mittagessen an der Strandbar mit u.a. Gyros & Pizza hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Grundsätzlich wird überall (egal ob Strandbar, am Pool, beim Frühstück, beim Abendessen) immer direkt abgeräumt, es türmt sich kein Geschirr auf den Tischen bzw. sammelt sich nicht in der Anlage. Wir haben uns einen Mietwagen direkt im Hotel gebucht, das hat reibungslos geklappt. Busfahrt nach Rhodos und Lindos ist auch sehr unkompliziert, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Late-Check-Out am Abreisetag wurde uns bis 14 Uhr gegen einen Aufpreis von 30€ ermöglicht - hat sich für uns im Nachhinein nicht wirklich gelohnt, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Wir waren nun bereits das zweite Mal da und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte für unsere Erwartungen noch etwas besser sein, ist grds. aber ok.

Clean and comfortable room with a shower, safe, small fridge (with plenty of water) an a "coffee /tea kit". TV was okay. The balcony was big with sea view. The spa was really good. Enjoyed the sauna and a good massage but the gym need small improvement. The pool and beach were good with bar and food near by. Always found a spot to sit or bed to lay on.

The food. Wasn't in good quality. Meat, fish or eggs, coming our of the pan, drying on the tray while floating in oil. Not fresh vegetables and fruits and I'm not sure how much time the dessert were in the fridge. The instant dishes waiting too much time and not as supposed to be fresh to the plate. Even the traditional dishes looked like prepared long time ago or for the first time.

Hegyre néző családi szobát kaptunk. Bekészítve ásványvíz, egy üveg bor és gyümölcs. A szobában minden nap cserélték a törölközőket, lepedőt. Rengeteg személyzet, mindenhol figyelnek mindenre. Az ételek a beach bárban és a főétteremben is finomak voltak, legalábbis amiket meg tudtunk kóstolni a hatalmas választékból. Az italok is rendben voltak. Végig bérelt autónk volt, mindig volt szabad parkoló a hotel előtt.

A szobában lehetne több pakolós hely, szekrény. 4 főre kicsit kevés volt.

Все было великолепно, любезный персонал, вкусная еда. Единственный минус это холодный бассейн... даже солнышко не согрело его
