The size, decor, position and facilities

Couldn’t work out the heating for the living/ dining/ kitchen so it was chilly there. Everywhere else that had radiators was warm. Also no instructions for dishwasher (I dont have one at home) or the cooker which is electric and I use gas at home).

We were looking forward to using the hot tub however, as usual in the UK it was raining when we were there. The hosts could really do with investing in a canopy or something over the hot tub.

The property was lovely.

House was clean and welcoming. Good location with quick walk into Windermere town centre. Really happy with our stay.

Modern , luxurious and well appointed property in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of Windermere centre. Great for 2 couples to share and not feel cramped!

The property itself was fabulous but unfortunately the property it is attached to is not! ( which did make us feel uneasy on first arrival!) Didn’t help that the neighbours were weed smokers!

The house is lovely, modern and clean and the location to the centre is perfect. I think for the price it lacks some extras. For example towels for the hot tub, a couple of washing machine pods a dustpan and brush. Nothing major but I think these could be included.

Unfortunately the next door neighbour. He smokes cannabis in his back garden so when using the hottub or wanting to chill in the garden you get the smell of cannabis. We asked him not to to which we got a knock on the door telling us to mind our own business and if he wants to smoke weed in his garden he can. He made it clear he is not happy with this house being a rental. His garden is very unkempt which you get a view off from the bedroom. The fence is not private and therefore people passing in the alley and next door can see in. No privacy when using the hot tub.

Very modern and easy to live in. Location was good for all facilities

Only one little thing , the electric charging system very difficult to use , gave up in the end.

Perfect location, amazing space and great size bedrooms. Incredibly clean.
