De locatie en personeel was fantastisch.

Good place to relax. Excellent location. I would like to thank the staff. I liked the distinctive view of the city. What's great is that there is a cafe and a place to sit and enjoy.

The place exceeded my expectations. Very quiet. Clean. The place is in the city center. Great location. The service is very good.

Location & staff were good . Rooms were clean ! Staff (man) at reception tried his best to comfort us.

1. No exhaust fans in toilet 2. Towels were old with big holes in it 3. No sockets for charging mobiles . Available sockets were behind bed . Have to move bed for connecting adapter & charging mobiles. 4. Toilet light are in sensors which weren’t working properly. Day and night it keeps on and off . No switches for controlling lights

Everything was good. The staff, the management, the cleanliness.. A more than wonderful and comfortable hotel.. and its location is excellent. In the middle of the city.. Every time I visit Jordan I go to this special hotel
