The location is great, as it's close to nature.

The staff is not adequately trained to welcome guests. The heaters were unreliable, even during designated hours, and generator issues required multiple calls to turn them on. The washroom was not prepared, and a broken shower took an hour to fix, disrupting our privacy. The breakfast was unsatisfactory and not worth the money. Since the guesthouse is in a cold location, a carpet should have been provided, especially if the heater was not working, to enhance comfort while walking on the floor. Upon our arrival, they were unprepared to provide the room and insisted on canceling the Booking.com transaction, offering the room directly instead, likely to avoid paying commission to Booking.com.

We booked 2 rooms when we went there they were not available Receptionist was v rude No heater even in the time they told they will give us No hot water for shower if u get into shower water will be cold in 1 minute Room were v durty spiders etc Beds were making noice they were of v this steel Doors were hard to open and close especially washroom door doesn’t looks

The location and the concept of floors

It’s too noisy if you have a room directly below the reception. I only hated the noisy part. I could barely sleep at night. The staff makes a lot of noise. There is load shedding but they know how to cope with it. Everything else was just average like a three star hotel offers. Everything is relatively near this place.
