Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Pleasant owner, easy to deal with.

House is on a busy road.

Big kitchen and lounge. Kitchen had good facilities and plenty of utensils but we did struggle to get the cooking top ( Ceramic induction) to function but on callinig the hosts they were around in a flash and gave us a lesson but a book of instructions would be better. Typical of some electrical items...easy when you know how

The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. There was lots of space for us all and the owners little welcome message was a nice touch.

There is no getting away from the fact the property shakes! With every passing truck it felt like an earthquake simulation. Sadly it woke us up repeatedly and none of us were rested. We also didn’t like the fact the ad doesn’t mention people residing downstairs and you only get informed of this when you get your check in info

La disponibilité des hôtes, la maison est spacieuse, propre, facile d’acces, un grand parking a disposition, 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles d’eau/toilette, un énorme salon, une cuisine gigantesque toute équipé, une buandry avec machine à laver / sèche linge, fer / table à repasser, étendoir et aspirateur.. 🤩🤩🤩 le ++ un bac de jouets pour notre petit, des sandales à disposition et un panier de bienvenus rempli de friandises. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 on reviendra c’est sûr.. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Merci encore pour tout

Very spacious house, well equipped and maintained.

I wish I would have known a few things before booking: 1. Due to the location of the property which is very close to a geothermal system there is an unpleasant sulphur smell, 2. Every time a truck passes in front of of the house the whole house shakes including the bed in the main bedroom which didn’t let us sleep peacefully at night (trucks go through this road during late hours at night for some reason), 3. It wasn’t mentioned in the ad that there are people living in the ground floor of the house. So, technically you don’t have the entire house for yourself.

Rotorua Steam Land Stay was a very comfortable and spacious three bedroom house that truly felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, with a big kitchen and an open living space that made our stay very enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable here, and the friendly owner was a lovely bonus. The location was great, very close to the Redwood Treewalk.
