This was a last minute booking for us. The hotel is basic. I am very much surprised by the great reviews provided for this hotel, and so was very disappointed. The rooms are a bit worn out, the bathrooms looked moldy with ceilings that looked black and patchy. The one valet staff who assisted us was really nice but the front desk can do with some customer service training. The only perk is that it is somewhat close to the airport.

Room ambiance is good and it's clean and tidy. Carpeted floor as well.
