"Pathetic experience"

The owner said that the hotel was full and did not provide any accommodation even when i had a confirmed booking. Later he insisted that I had to accommodate in a costlier hotel of his known at a location not as good as the one i booked. After a lot of arguments he provided me accommodation in the secondary hotel.
