"Fabulous stay"

We had a fabulous stay in Monopoli- Casetta di Gaia. Our host, Maria, was very welcoming and answered all our questions promptly. She ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our holiday. The apartment was in a good location for us; we could walk to the vibrant 'centro storico' in 15 minutes, and there was a car park close by for our car. The apartment is up a short flight of stairs in a quiet and modern palazzo. As you enter, there is a small entrance with a desk; there is also a sunroom with a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV - great for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the bedroom is spacious and comfortable. I was able to use the washing machine, outdoor hanging line, and iron. Maria gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit - something that we were very grateful for. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

"If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Monopoli, at a very reasonable price, this is it."

We were greeted by Maria with a complimentary bottle of wine and an assortment of snacks. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from the OldTown Centre and close to the railway station. Away from the tourist bustle we were in a relatively quiet area.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect, everything was in order and having a washing machine was an added bonus.

We spent in this apartment Christmas time. We prepared Christmas Eve by ourselves. We had everything we needed. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Location of the apartment is comfortable. I'd like to come back in the spring or autumn.

We had such a wonderful stay in Monopoli. Apartment was great. Very clean, modern, spacious. Maria is a lovely kind host who greets you on arrival and with a special gift. She gave us good recommendations to eat. The building is very safe. And the parking is easy near by.

Amazing host. Check in was easy. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the apartment. 10 minute walk to the historic centre of Monopoli.

"Great place in Monopoli to visit northern Apulia region."

The location was great - and we had no parking issues. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. We were impressed with the details. Maria is a great host - and left us some nice goodies to enjoy. We used this apartment has a home base for 5 days to visit many areas and towns. Monopoli city center is also walking distance from the apartment. Highly recommend
