DEExtremely Clean. Very friendly owner. Cozy rooms most of them with fridge and some dishes. Rooftop with clear view to Arunchala. Perfect for meditation and yoga. Reliable Room service for good tea/coffee/food. Close to Ramana but not in the chaotic area. Silent place !
INTried calling the staff's number once I deboarded at Ramanamaharshi ashram and the number was not reachable for 10-15 mins. I managed to reach the landmark which was shared by the staff during my initial conversation with her. Finally when the number got connected, the property location she mentioned to was far off and the auto driver was not ready to take me to the location. It was scorching heat around 3 pm and I am standing on the road figuring the property location. During my inquiry call I had very clearly asked about the distance from property to the main road and to the temple and about the local transport facility as, I was a female solo traveler and had come there to do Girivalam and might reach hotel late in the night. She mentioned it's 2 kms which was not the case and the auto guy was not ready to take me there. I was not guided right by the lady who spoke to me and was totally disappointed by the services. I had to room hunt last minute to check in to a different property. I would not recommend it especially to female solo travelers.
