GBA very warm welcome, a goody bag , beautifully decorated, very comfortable to stay in which helped on the rainy days. They well extremely helpful ànd very responsive. We had a lovely visit, all sad to leave early and helped by staying in a beautiful place. We would definitely recommend staying.

GBThe house was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a small dog with us which can pose issues but she was soon at home with plenty of walking possibilities. Shaldon is a hidden gem, great location with lovely little shops, a superb bakery and an outstanding local butcher. The owners were very helpful and gave us some great ideas for our visit. Excellent.
Off road parking for two cars is fine but the entrance to the property is about 150 yards further up the road and parking next to the entrance is not always possible to unload. However, we had no problems.
GBThe Secret Well is a beautifully furnished, spacious cottage in a lovely quiet location that can easily accommodate 6 people. With two separate bathrooms it is ideal for larger groups / families. It is located around a 1000m from the quaint holiday village of Shaldon and a 10-minute bus ride or even shorter ferry boat trip to the larger seaside resort of Teignmouth which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
