ALBA E TRAMONTO

The property is spacious, nicely decorated, light and airy, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was the perfect base for visiting the area, particularly by train (though the 15-minute walk back up from the train station - if you choose to walk rather than drive down and park there - is quite strenuous!). It's also handy for the road along the coast. In all, nice quiet location away from the busier towns. It was awesome to have a private garage. The view was fantastic and early morning on the balcony watching the sun rise while the church bells rang was sublime.

We had no direct contact with, or follow up from, the host (someone else met us to provide the keys). Unusually for other properties at which we stayed in northern Italy, no information was provided on local restaurants, train/ferry schedules, travel tips, etc; nor was any bottled water provided. We changed our travel plans specifically to accommodate the request to arrive early, yet got zero flexibility in return when we requested a one hour delay on check-out. It was tricky to find the property in the first place (detailed directions would have been helpful as Google maps was not accurate). It was inconvenient not having the remote control for the garage. The property could have been cleaner. It would have been nice to use the adjoining garden and outside eating area, but it was poorly maintained and uninviting.

Nice place where to stay. You can see the mediteranian sea from balcon. Plus one small balcon in kitchen. Green place outside where to grill/cook. 3 bedrooms, big guest room with place where to eat. Big kitchen. More or less everything is available. Downstairs are nice neiboors who love guests who are not to loud. We found nice restorant 10min walk from apartament, upstairs in mountain.

Lots of space for a family reunion group of 5. Nice decor and very comfortable. The terraces had lovely views. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
