Spacious apartment with Sea Views on Great Yarmouth Seafront

Great location, in the heart of Yarmouth Lovely living room, layout and design, great sofa. Games, books and puzzles provided and in good quality. Kitchen fully equipped and good storage. Lovely designed and storage in lower bedroom, great ensuite bathroom. Bath very spacious and relaxing, clean and tidy with good quality shampoo and conditioner Great storage and design in upper bedroom and bathroom, lovely sink Good range of cleaning products if needed and extra towels and bedding Host communicative and clear check-in and check-out process, staff downstairs always happy to help Great value for money if staying in a large group considering ideal location

TV signal unusable, crackly reception with poor quality aerial WiFi also very spotty and slow, with no connection in parts of the house despite multiple routers around One plug outlet in the lounge did not work Neither of the single beds had bottom sheet on, did have a mattress protector though. Double bed in upper room had no mattress protector and was badly marked and stained Upper room had no air ventilation - only one window that opened a small amount. Owner needs to add air con or at least window vents Bathroom mats are not absorbent or great condition so it spreads water everywhere when you have a shower No shampoo, conditioner in top bathroom, no body wash in either bathrooms Cold water tap in lower bathroom had zero water pressure, had to transfer cold water from the sink into the bath to cool it down Shower head in lower bathroom not in acceptable condition, water splatters everywhere with extremely low water pressure Washing machine provided but no soap for it Upper room had obvious/current leaks due to visible ceiling and wall damage. On the last night there was a small leak from the ceiling on the top landing due to heavy rain Upper bedroom has no ceiling light - even with lamps, theres not enough light. Top landing window opens ALL the way, like a fire exit, but this isn't mentioned, so is a danger risk, especially for children. This window handle is also damaged and pulls off completely. Both kitchen sinks taps drips a lot and it's very difficult to close tightly even if using a tea towel to grip. The tea towel rail is broken and just pulls off. Lots of stairs that was a surprise as this isn't listed very well on description of property. Both bathrooms are upstairs and ensuites, which is not mentioned either No air, windows or ventilation in the living room. Balcony doors screwed shut for safety but there is an inner and outer door so the owner should secure just the outer door and allow some ventilation in the lounge.

This place was absolutely amazing, spacious,clean and beautiful view.Location excellent could not find any faults, absolutely perfect
