Very unpleasant smell from jet bath which lingered till following day Patio area where hot tub really could do with tlc

The house was perfect! Great location 10 minute walk to promenade. House was fantastic, clean, beds comfy, and everything you would need. There is plenty of parking for 2 cars and WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher was great. Loved the woodfire hot tub, which we used each evening. Lovely back area and short walk to a large playing field & playground. Would highly recommend. Lovely hosts

Clean and cozy has a lot of amenities

Great location. Enough parking for 2 cars. Lovely house with all facilities you would need. Hot tub a great addition to the garden area.

Very very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the house. Especially in living room and bedrooms. So much so it was making my wife nauseous we spent most of our time out of the house. We packed up and left first thing in the morning as we couldn’t leave that evening due to the kids and a long journey home. Large amount of cigarette buds lying out the back of the property which my youngest ended up lifting up and put into his mouth. We contacted the host and they asked us to open the windows and air the house out when we explained we done this we were asked to use spray to take the smell away. Given the fact the property states it has a no smoking policy I feel we should’ve been offered some sort of compensation as the property was not as advertised. Our kids rooms smelt of smoke, we had to air the rooms out all day and leave the window open throughout the night to minimise the smell. Also the main bed sheets were too small for the bed and didn’t fit which meant the bed wasn’t completely made on our arrival and could be made due to them not fitting the bed. The noise of the busy estate made it hard to sleep also.

The house was excellent with only a 5 minute walk to a restaurant. Very comfortable and clean. The hot tub was amazing. Highly recommended.

Would have preferred that the hot tub had a roof over it otherwise it was amazing.
