The staff were the best, especially Sharka who went beyond the call of duty to help one of our group who needed hospitalisation due to back injury. She was with her in the hospital for 2 nights and days.. Sharka is really special.

Amazing breakfast, kind staff. They picked us and dropped off at the harbor. Smooth checkin and checkout.

For the price we paid, the room was okay but the toilet?? The toilet needs a whole new remodeling project. Light bulbs weren’t working. There was a problem with the hand bidet when we checked in. I think these things should be checked regularly to ensure guests don’t get disappointed.

A quiet and lovely small hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - always available when needed. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and everything was clean and well kept. For breakfast, they were happy to provide what we usually enjoy - fresh fruit. Nice small terrace and garden. We would definitely stay here again.

The responsible person is a bit too much on selling exclusions prices are very high , the island has lots of Russians that unfortunately do not know manners in that property they were soo loud like they where in their house and nobody ever said anything . The property has only a few rooms . Breaskfast is boring but the guy that do everything , cleaning , breakfast is a really nice person

Lack of proper safe deposit box in the room.

Comfy bed, cleaning everyday, fresh towels and beach towels. Breakfast OK but some options not tasty at all - like a pancakes row inside (they don't know proper recipe). But everyday we have a watermelon with breakfast - really sweet and juicy. Location not great - in the dirty end of the Island next to school and empty area with lot of trash. Long distance to main bikini beach. Manager was a nice guy but focused on other (bigger) hotel in city centre close to beach - La Palma. So we didn't have any meals in the afternoon in our place, nobody didn't offer us a chance to have a nice bbq in the evening with grilled seafood or fish, lack of interest beside breakfast. We had problem with TV remote controller, ask few times for fixing it without any action from team. Nice , helpful lady as general manager - Sarka - from Czech Republic. She gave us briefing as we arrived. Excursion (beside Resort Day Trip Ellaidho by Cinnamon) overpriced - go to Mathiveri will be 50% less. Toilet without any shelves for cosmetics around sink. On the room not enough space for clothes -.even not a proper wardrobe. Next time I'll chose different hotel in this price. I can't give my recommendation.

Location. Luck of interest from managing stuff. No options for dinner. Long distance to bikini beach.

Staff were nice and helpful

It was not very clean. Towels had visible stains on them and I found hair in the bathroom and the sheets felt like they weren’t washed.

I had a wonderful stay with My family at La Solara Villa and would highly recommend it! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and situated in a fantastic location close to a beautiful natural beach. The hospitality was exceptional, with professional and attentive services that made the experience truly memorable. A special mention to Sarka for her professionalism and warm approach, Resel for making breakfast delightful with excellent service, and Jailam for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The entire team made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, I want to thank the boat captain who made our trips to other islands unforgettable with his expertise and friendly demeanor Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Nice accomodation in calm part of the island, close to the nice private beach with lot of shade. Everything perfectly clean and modern. Very good and big breakfast. Restaurant just in front. Friendly staff who will manage whatever you want 😊
