Прасторная квартира ну была холодно не смотря на кондицонер!цена высокакая лифт есть ета плюс но мальенький с большой коляской не совсем удобна была каждый раз складиыать!В третей комнате был запах от люка !Ванной комнате в одной и другой открыты люки их не закрыть!

Magnifique appartement, très bien situé dans Budapest. Tout est accessible à pieds ou prendre metro/tram/bus qui sont à proximité. L'équipement est top et les lits confortables. Nous étions 3 collègues, chacun sa chambre. Celle de l'entrée dispose d'une salle de bain privative. Il y a une grande salle de bain en plus pour tous dans l'appartement, elle est super bien équipée (baignoire, douche, lave linge). Cuisine toute équipée également avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Salle à manger, salon... vraiment très bien.

Siamo stati in questa struttura con nostra figlia di 8 mesi e i nostri genitori, 6 persone in tutto. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. La posizione è perfetta, vicino la metro gialla, la metratura molto generosa con soffitti alti, l' attrezzatura da cucina è completa, il bagno principale è di enormi dimensioni con doccia e vasca, presenti inoltre due termosifoni per bagno, la capienza degli armadi è abbondante, le due smartTV sono di ottime dimensione, l'arredamento in generale è di buon gusto. La comunicazione e disponibilità dell'Host è stata perfetta.

Puzza di fogna persistete nei bagni, peccato davvero! Finestre che non chiudevano/aprivano del tutto bene, diversi segni di mancata manutenzione (crepe vicino la porta di un bagno). Acqua calda che si esauriva prima di poter riempire la grande vasca a disposizione. Coperte per letti singoli su materassi king-size. In ultimo, l'ingresso in casa di un responsabile delle pulizie, senza bussare e all'improvviso, per verificare che fosse tutto in ordine.

Ohne Ankündigung kam am späten Nachmittag eine Angestellte und öffnete einfach die Wohnung. Als sie bemerkte, dass wir vor Ort waren, ist sie ganz schnell wieder gegangen. Das machte einen seltsamen Eindruck auf uns und wir fühlten uns in unserer Privatsphäre gestört und fragten uns, was gewesen wäre, wenn wir nicht da gewesen wären. Zumal wir vorher mit dem Personal über booking bereits Kontakt hatten.

There was no WiFi and the owner / property management was very rude and unprofessional in the way they handled it. It was very important for us to have WiFi and we spent hours trying to figure it out with the owner and they just said too bad it is what it is more or less. He was very unresponsive and rude when eventually responded. The entrance and elevator is rather dingy. Elevator also didn’t work at times and had to carry a stroller on two plus flights like 50+ steps or more of an not mistaken

The area was very nice one of the in my opinion

It wasn't so clean, and we had issues with the Wi-Fi connection. After some days, they fixed the problems with the Wifi, but the connection and the wifi performance continued to be poor.
