"Hotel is good, but deserves better staff."

Hotel rooms were good, modern and clean. The lobby and areas were also good.

Cafeteria and food were not good for the price. Location was ok. Mainly the staff refused to acknowledge that I had a booking, then i had to argue and he put extra charge for bed, though it was written at no charge to my room by booking.com. Only after i agreed to pay ( because i was with spouse and it was 10pm ), they said ok now we found booking. I think this was not professional. Staff is everything in a hotel, if they are not good, no amount of good hotel is good. Booking.com please note this.
