This resort truly understands the meaning of pet-friendly hospitality, making our vacation memorable in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The owner and staff were genuinely excited to meet my furry companion, offering treats and a warm smile that instantly made us feel at home. Their passion for pets is evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, perfect for long walks with my dog. The spacious grounds provided plenty of room for him to explore, and there were even designated areas for pets to play. Our room was not only stylish and cozy but also equipped with everything needed to accommodate our canine friend. One of the highlights was the outdoor dining experience. The staff set up a lovely table for us, allowing my dog to relax by my side while I enjoyed delicious meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients. It was a joy to dine in such a welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The owner’s personal touch and the staff member's Mahipal Bhaiya's attentive service truly made this stay special. They were always available to offer tips on nearby dog-friendly activities and hiking trails, ensuring we made the most of our time in Chanfi. In summary, Purna Boutique Resort is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their furry friend. Went with family and our pet. The stay was exceptional. They have kept variety of activities to keep kids and adults entertained. Really enjoyed in the pool. Food was good, the staff was really helpful.

The location was exceptional. Serene and calm. Perfect for outing with family especially toddlers. Pahadi chicken was fantastic. Lots of game options provided. Staff even played cricket with guests. Tv had ott platforms such as prime youtube etc. Pet friendly hotel. I enjoyed their pool throughly

Food menu needs revision. Half of the items mentioned were not available. On asking their best item, dal is advised every single day. I'm very sure not many of us want to have dal on leisure trips. Staff seemed confused with orders when footfall increased. But i guess they tried their level best.

Location, style of facility build up etc and mostly the staff. Pankaj, the local guardian is just very helpful and pleasant

WiFi a bit flaky but not too bad or too relevant for a good holiday getaway

Everything is good. In terms of money it is costly as compared to other resorts. Hospitality is very slow.
