Brand NEW central AC apartment

The apartment has a great location, situated in a busy city centre, yet very quiet since it is located in a deep courtyard. We liked the historic atmosphere and the high ceilings.

Refurbishment was still going on, as could be seen from the wires that had not yet been connected to anything. But this was fine. A more serious problem seemed to be that moist from the bathroom was affecting the floor in the corridor.

Perfect Location. Easy check-in. There wasn't any Problem with hot water and heating.

Noise from the heater.

The location is very good, close to the centre and public transport. Also close to restaurants, supermarkets and the airport bus stop. The host and staff are very attentive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Very quiet place, ideal to go with children or to rest.

The bathroom smells a bit, but it is a sewage issue. There were few glasses and cutlery. No major problems

The host is very friendly and helpful. Fast to response and willing to share travel tips. The location is super, with lots of restaurants around. The shopping streets are within walking distance. Very convenient.

The flat is a bit worn down. Some facilitaties are old or damaged, and not working properly. The quality and maintenance need to be improved. It is then the cleanliness, stains can be seen in many areas, esp on the mattress, this is the main reason i didnt give a high score. If the above 2 points can be improved, it is still a nice flat for a short stay in Budapest.
