IEThe location is terrific, so close to all the main attractions. We loved the very generous terrace overlooking the piazza. You can sit out and watch the world go by, enjoying a drink or food and often hearing live music. The apartment has really high ceilings that are beautifully decorated. When we struggled with the air conditioning, Mario promptly came to our assistance.
The towels in the bathroom are old and musty. A non-slip mat in the shower would really help as it is slippy. As you are in an XVII century building, be aware you can not put toilet paper down the toilet, but rather in a bin beside the toilet. A toaster and an iron would be great additions to the property's facilities.
RUExcellent location in the heart of Catania! Historical building, spacious, high ceilings and a wonderful terrace. A lot of restaurants and bars around, but it's not so noisy as we expected. Mario is amazing host, friendly and always ready to help.
One of the bedrooms is a bed in the hallway.

GBThe location is perfect, the terrace is a fantastic spot and the apartment has everything we needed. Mario was a wonderful host and was very helpful. It was a perfect base for our holiday in the Catania area. It was good value for money.
The area was quite noisy at night but any property in that location would be the same. We loved the location so were happy to put up with the noise.

AUMario our host was very helpful. He picked us up from the airport because we arrived late in the evening. He took us on a great walking tour of the city. The bed was comfortable. The terrace overlooking the piazza was fantastic. Even though the bnb is in a very busy location once you closed the doors it was quiet.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. The towels were old and needed refreshing.
