"Good and bad."

7.0

Loved everything about the property.

The city of Baird let an individual pay for a band and street dance located in front of the facility. Not only was it loud and people were leaning on our door and smoking, we were blocked off from our parking in front of the facility and told we could not park there even though we had paid for the space. We had to park in the back which had lots of trash and debri and walk all the way back around to our room. The music got louder as it went on. If someone is investing in property in Baird and bringing in revenue, the guests should be considered. Unless something is changed I will not be staying in Baird again, which is sad since it is such a nice facility. Linda Prater
