首先是地方太偏僻，沿路没有灯，小路不好会车，其次很多蚂蚁吓人，设施很旧，洗澡也没有热水，床上物品很不舒服，厨房也不干净，电闸不断跳，整夜没有电

It is so beautifully located in the mountains, lots of green around, perfect to relax or to visit amazing small and very old villages. Napoli or Pompeji is at distance for a day‘s visit. However, it is then just great to be back at the pool and the silence of and around the Villa. The kitchen is wonderful, the terrace is breath-taking. If needs be, the owner is reachable and very responsive. 👍

We hadden een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie. De ruime villa ligt heerlijk vrij met mooi uitzicht over de heuvels. Een ruime tuin met zwembad bieden garantie voor mooie zomeravonden. Het dorp ligt op een paar minuten rijden en is ook zeker de moeite van menig bezoek waard. Gianni en zijn vader doen al het mogelijke om je een zo mooi mogelijke vakantie te bieden.

There was one area in the Garden which was really very beautiful with the hammock. The Owner Gianni is super friendly, has sent many recommendations upfront and explanations and also reserved a restaurant for us in the evening :) THANKS a LOT. So the good points go to Gianni.

The house is unfortunately very much used on the ground floor and needs urgently to be renovated. The bedrooms on the 1st floor look a little better. This house is more a youth hostel than a Villa for family who wants to do nice, clean vacation. We can imagine that it would be suitable for a youth group that is only there to party. The kitchen is very old and urgently needs to be renovated. 1 slider ripped out, everything a bit grubby. We decided to not cook in this kitchen. In general, everything was a bit dirty and disgusting on the ground floor. In the bathroom there were dirty towels, perhaps from the guests before. The furniture outside should be completely thrown out. Old sofas and couch chairs. We didn't sit on them. The grill was unfortunately dirty, and there was a dirty knife and material for repairs next to it. In our opinion, the pool had tipped over when we arrived. The water was cloudy, you couldn't see to the ground, the water was green not blue anymore. There were cigarette butts from the people before in the garden area. The bed on the ground floor is very old! Old mattress, squeaky slatted frame. We slept there for one night and then left quickly in the morning. We were also bothered by the fact that there were holes everywhere on the walls from the Villa with burnt cables, etc. The house needs to be completely renovated to make it good value for money again. Another important thing to note is that there is a very big road (Super Strada) that is very noisy close to the house. We are sure, after a complete renovation the Villa could again look like on the pictures.

A lovely, very spacious house in a beautiful setting, with enough seating outside for everyone and a large, well equipped kitchen, with lots of basics supplied. All the bedrooms are a good size. Very generous sized family bathroom. Lots of towels. Washing machine and lots of drying space (washing line and clothes airer). Great host, very attentive, checked in regularly to make sure everything was OK.

The house could do with some updating, many slightly broken things (door knobs, airer etc). There's no air conditioning, but there were fans although not enough for every bedroom (though I'm sure if we had asked the host would have provided). Unable to get wifi in upstairs bedrooms. Make sure you take plenty of insect repellent as we are all covered in bites. Location was a little too remote for us unfortunately.

Rustic villa nestled amongst the hills in Sant Agata de Goti. Very private with garden and herbs and external covered seating both for relaxation and dinning. Nice pool with outside toilet and shower and bbq area. Villa itself has 2 private spaces ideal for 2 families in my party. With our own rental car had easy access to the heritage listed town and its lovely restaurants, shopping and within striking distance of Naples, Pompeii and the beautiful Amafi coast for day trips. Nothing lacking and it was truly a home away from home with a wonderful opportunity to sample the way Italians live and play in the country side. Gianni was a wonderful host was there to greet us and tracked our comfort throughout our 9 day stay.
