Peak Towers is by far one of the worst places you can book. The rooms are extremely old and run down, and the Property Manager (Coco) is terrible. - Rooms are extremely old and run down. Skirting boards are peeling off, multiple cracks in the floorboards; - A/C unit has multiple leaks; - Shower grout is extremely grungy; - No hot water in the shower, only lukewarm at best; - Toilet roll holder is loose and not bolted in property; - Basin has no overflow - The WIFI stopped working 3 days in; - Only one set of bedsheets are supplied; Do NOT book here.

It's a fantastic location for those who want a quieter, private and a little more exclusive place away from the hustle and bustle of the main Pattaya town. Breathtaking moments enjoying the amazing view from the balcony facing the blue sea each morning, the Infinity Sky pool is an amazing sight to just chill and swim, unforgettable moments of sunset. Fresh air and no traffic. Good choices of cafe and restaurants around this location. Minutes away to SKY GALLERY (550m), CHOCOLATE FACTORY, BEACH ROAD (4.1km), Soi BauKhao center (3KM), Walking Treet (2.4km). Helpful and friendly senior security guards. Near to the night market. So near to Jomtiean Beach to hang out. A more civilized atmosphere and cleaner.

Not much public transport if you do not rent a motorbike. Lots of street dogs that are not really safe for tourist walking alone. Breathtaking sun set moments.

The building is very nice, as well as the apartment which has everything you need topped off with a great view.

The wifi in the building is shared and had a lot of connection issues. Two days it also had maintenance so it was not available at all. The rooftop pool and sauna also went under maintenance so those could not be used. With a secure wifi and with all the facilities working, this would be 10/10 bang for the buck.
