everything was so good here,pool,laundry,the studio was so clean and well equipped

it’s not the property it’s the area,loads of dogs but they don’t bother you

Dead lock not working

Nice apartment, could have done with better towels and cleaning, no shower gel or shampoo. The room I had a faulty door lock which took three days to repair but having said this it was a quality apartment in a nice location and offered goo value for money.

Nice apartment in good location. Parking was good and provided easy access to apartment. The apartment was nice.

Balcony was dirty and bed linen did not fit bed, also bathroom towels were tired and below standard. The door lock was loose difficult to operate. The door lock was repaired but it took three days and numerous requests.

The location at first may not seem great, however once you realise that there is a very nice view point location to eat close by (Lunar Beach Bar) and also that if you go down the street opposite the aparments there is a 7/11 very close with cash point (ATM) and if you walk further down that street there is a laundry place, bike rental, and a great Thai and western food place (Wanpen) and then a good massage shop and also a small bar (so cool bar) that the local ex-pats use and also a hair salon for mean and ladies and then a Familymart, you realise that you have all that you need very close and moving around that Familymart corner and going up teh hill there are more bars and places to eat at, so a self contained little community really with friendly staff in the shops and easy to talk to local ex-pats from UK, US and AUS that I met, so great area for a slow pace and to relax, but party is possible too And if you want more party then a Taxi through Bolt (Like Uber) is only 80 Baht to go to Pattaya or Jomtien Beach The apparment itself was plenty for 1 or a couple with all the basics covered, the bathroom is nice and balcony a good size, the pool on the roof is great and has fantastic views, they match what the pics on Booking show, the staff in teh building are also great and helpful if you have an issue (I had a small undersink leak, it was fixed in 2 hours from me reporting it) the gym is decent and does actually seem to get used, there are people who live full time in the building and they are nice Overall I would be very happy to stay here again and also to recommend the place

Dont really have anything bad to say, I guess my room could of been a little cleaner as some places a little grubby and some marks on the walls, but as aparments private owned they wont all have same cleaner so some could be better and some worse, I guess the only bad thing was first impression the area surround seems a little neglected but I think you can say that about many places really Also ther are many free roaming dogs, but they are ok if you give them space as they do get fed by locals so none are nasty
