Park View Rooms

Continent location and spacious rooms.

The noise was unbelievable. There was weird banging and hissing sounds. I recorded these on my phone. No staff interaction

Self check in process which was hassle free

No body were there to clean the rooms during the stay....Water supply is not available for drinking and ...No towels for the 2nd day were provided during the stay

Everything you need is there . Warm and comfortable

Shower key was outside the shower.. On off the shower was uncomfortable

good value for money, nice location. staff is very friendly and responds to all the queries quickly. order of rooms is confusing but clear instructions on how to get there are given

walls are very thin, so you can very audibly hear neighbours

The positives about Park View are the bed was comfortable and the towels and linen were crisp and clean.

The overall appearance of the hotel is tired. The wall are chipped and scuffed. The room which is not dissimilar to a portacabin in the carpark was not the luxury advertised over the main door. The laminate floor had cracks and gaps and the shower head holder was broken.

Not enough clean and not much facilities

As a one night stay it was alright

A little bit to old.
