Le Domaine de Carole Marrakech

Endroit magnifique, calme, avec un jardin luxuriant et piscine agréable. Le personnel est très attentionné et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux.

The calm.

The service was mediocre. Which makes sense since the facility only has one person to do everything!! (Gardening, cleaning, cooking, security..) The cleanliness was a big problem. The small pool was greenish (you can see the picture) which attracted so many insects. The A/C wasn't working properly most of the time.

Hassen la personne qui acceuil sert entretient les lieux est très serviable très gentil malgrés la barrière de la langue il est le point fort du domaine. La piscine est très jolie ainsi que l'extérieur.... l'endroit est assez agréable et très calme.

Les chambres sombres le lieu vetuste par rapport au tarif et photos .... Pas de boisson fraîche à part eau. Chemin pour parvenir au domaine est difficile d'accès.

The location is fine for exploring the outskirts but the 1km dirt road isn’t made for regular cars.

Where do I start, to name what comes top of mind: - No soap or shampoo provided. - Paint peeling off the walls. - Pool was not clean first day. - Dampness in bathrooms. - Electricity plugs not working with wires coming out of sockets. - No working WiFi - While Hassan was nice, he didn’t speak a word of English and barely any French. - Breakfast was included yet they tried to charge us for the coffees and waters ordered during breakfast but had not told us there was a separate charge for these. They only mentioned it as we were leaving. Also the charge per coffee was 20dhs which is excessive! - Bed sheets and blankets were dusty causing allergies. - Toilet was not working properly in one room, making noises all night. - The other bedroom had a connecting door to another guest bedroom through which noise came through disturbingly. Aka regular talking and alarms heard at all hours. We would have raised some further points in the moment but Hassan didn’t speak English / French.

a beautiful way to spend two days after a week in the hustle of Marrakech. the staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was included and very filling.

had to fix the shower with a coat hanger but it was more of a challenge than a problem. all good.

It is a little paradise with a gorgeous pool, beautiful garden and lovely spacious facilities such as a pooltable. Jamila is a fantastic hostess, and the food was really tasty :-) Also they helped our kids finding turtles in the garden, very cute. It’s highly recommended!

The rocky road was a bit difficult, maybe the bush could be trimmed a bit so cars can pass more easily

The stay at Le Domaine de Carole was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was typically moroccan made with fresh ingredients and I appreciated mostly the virgin olive oil made in the same farm. The rooms are spacious and clean. The meals are on demand and are prepared in the traditional moroccan way (tajines, bread, ...). On top of that, the property has a tremendous view on the Atlas Mountains and a lot of fruit trees. I highly recommend this place for people seeking for calm and relaxation.

A better indication of the way to the property from the main road would help better people coming with their own car (despite google maps indicates the way clearly until the gate).

Nice place to stay outside Marrakech. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Oasis in the middle of nowhere.
