The host is lovely! Made the check in so easy and she even gave us lemonade to help cool us down after we walked from the bus station. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it looked well stocked.

We should have realized it didn’t have AC and hot water. With David’s temperatures, you don’t even miss the hot water. Three fans were provided and AC for an additional fee.

This was my second time here. I like that it is an easy walk to the Central Park in David. It is also close to a Romeros super market. The room is small and clean but great for one night. Some functions of the tv require getting off the bed to make adjustments with buttons behind the screen. It would be better to have a remote that controls everything))

This property is very cute, extremely cozy and convenient to grocery store and major mall/shopping district. Uber was readily available and extremely affordable (under $4). More importantly, the host was kind, helpful, and highly responsive to any needs.

The only drawback for me, as I was working remotely was the noise level on some days due to being near a heavily traveled/main street.

The apartment is comfortable, complete with kitchen area and private bathroom, in a quiet area of town and walking distance from a couple of restaurants. Melissa -- the landlady -- is a very kind, gentle and sweet person who surely makes you feel at home and at ease. Regrettably I only met her briefly during checkout in the morning as Alfonso handled check-in during her absence.

The room can get quite hot as there's no AC

Melissa is a spectacular hostess, and a good person (she adopts homeless animals). Just a great little setup, with the kitchenette, and the grocery store a short walk away. She helped us arrange our Uber in the morning, too, one that she trusts.

Great place, super friendly owner, room is very well equipped, very clean, only cold shower (which is not unusual in Panama)

Only thing I would maybe change are the blankets/ bed sheet. Didnt like the feel of them but that is personal preference, they were new and clean.

The room is clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The bus station is about 25 minutes walking distance.The host is very friendly and helpful.

Although fan is enough to keep cool, it could be better with aircom.

Melisa is such a nice and helpful host. She helped me drying my wet motorcycle boots and clothes. The room is small but is has everything in it to prepare your own meals. A big supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Internet is good. You get all your privacy. The room is very clean and set up with love. Highly recommended.

Neighbors dogs barking, but not incessantly.
