"Host was ok, nice lady. Room is clean, with TV, wifi, microwave, etc."

Friendly host, clean room, elevator in the building, warm room (heating plant is near by). In general room is renovated. We left the room around 11-12 pm, so host is flexible for arrival/departure.

I was expecting to have reserved parking space. At the end I was searching for the spot in the neighbourhood because free parking in front of the building was full.
