Property is not good, our tent was having leakage. There was also no light outside the tent. We were told that this particular tent light is not working and therefore checked other tents as well, their tent lights were also not working.

Location is 10/10. Right in front of the lake and a fort. There are only 5 cottages. The view from each cottage is the same and all are big enough for a small or nuclear family. Owner Rushikesh Kadu is a wonderful host and ensures that you are comfortable. There is a small kitchen and they offer limited food options but it was tasty.

More focus is needed on cleanliness and a bit of maintenance

These place has a great view. Some of the provisions I like is parking and hot water.

This place needs to level up their hygiene game. I visited this place in monsoon, but I guess it isn’t the best time to visit property because of the poor maintenance. since it has white interior, it was so messed up and you could literally spot a stains and what not. Bed-sheet was in horrible condition, I asked to change but they didn’t have a extra pair. Bathroom was decent. Apart from that, you might feel that food is on your budget but you should ask about quantity as well, especially for food with prices per plate. As we ordered 6 BBQ plate, which apparently has 3 pieces per plate, which was burnt as well. Taste of the food was okayish. I have given 6 rating to this, only for the view.

There was nothing except the view which you can like about this property Literally a pathetic experience If you value the memories that you want to create and the money that you want to spend, please do not visit this place
