"Have booked twice from booking.com and both of the time i had a bad experience"

Sandwich had bug roaming around like it was on tracking.

It was a small hotel and charges were like 4star hotel. It’s tariff is double than that of similar hotel. Max should be 2500. I was looking for room for 2 adults and dont know why your website showed double bed room for single person and I booked it unknowingly. And had to pay extra for my wife. Your website is faulty one. Last time also i booked from booking.com in may they showed a hotel in mussorie which was also too poor. I and my wife were struck in lift and we were shouting out loud but no one listened for so long.
