Beach house fun

Excellent host and caravan so clean and tidy. Brilliant location to the beach. Will book again. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, this stay was not as advertised. There was no Wi-Fi in the caravan itself, despite it being listed as an amenity. This was incredibly inconvenient. The swimming pool was also not included in the price, which wasn’t made clear beforehand you have to pay separately to access it. The host claimed toilet tissue would be provided, but we were left with just one single roll for the entire stay. On top of that, while the host said the place was clean, we found dust all over the kitchen surfaces and had to clean it ourselves before using anything. Overall, the listing felt misleading, and the lack of basic essentials made the experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place or stay here again.

Very clean and modern mobile home with comfortable sofa and kitchen area with kettle and microwave. Near the beach and coastline to reach the Tower.

Had a great telly but couldn’t find the usual channels. Although not v good with technology

The caravan is really nice and very clean. The shower is absolutely brilliant. Be aware you need to bring your own towels and bed linen. The cleaner was very, very helpful. The double room is really big with plenty of storage. The campsite is full of stuff to do and just two minutes from a beautiful beach. Walton and the pier are just a 10 minute walk. The shop has absolutely everything you need. There's a launderette There's a pizza place and restaurant. I dont have small kids, but I can see there's absolutely everything on site to keep them busy. I didn't see or hear any trouble. The site seems very safe. The pool is tiny and crowded, but there's a fantastic public pool 5 mins away that was empty.

This is not the owners fault, but the entertainment passes for the camp are £26 each. This should be warned beforehand as you can't get in the pool, etc, without them. Luckily I've been here before and knew. But that is an extra £100 at least for the family

We loved everything about this place! We absolutely had one of our best vacations. We are still talking about it now! It has everything you need. Clean, cozy, convenient and to town. The owner is super nice. Swift to respond.

Only internet that was so slow. But it’s not the owner’s fault. Would recommend to have your own data package.

Great caravan for a short or long stay. Has pretty much everything you need. Loved all the little touches such as tea bags, coffee etc. The caravan is well looked after & I nice cosy family stay. The owner is very generous & very helpful. A big Thank you again 😊

The lock box was abit fiddley to open & took abit of getting used to. Once knew how it worked it wasn't too bad

The static caravan was nice and clean and in a great location. Very close to the beach which is great as had a toddler with us. Host was helpful when we were unable to find the caravan.

Unfortunately we couldn't take our daughters to the on-site pool as it was for Park Dean customers only, but we then realized there was another pool just round the corner! So wasn't really an issue. Recommend eating outside of the Park Dean site, as was not only cheaper but tastier too :)
