Very nice apartment and Surrounding countryside Lovely rrural views From the windows

Entrance to building run down and dirty The flyscreens all broken in the apartment Opposite our entrance door, piles of shoes and boots, Toilet seat broken, advised the owners who said it wasn't discovered til the morning of our stay, but it wasn't fixed while we were there. Not pleasant.

Exceptional accommodation, a clean and quiet place. We will be back next time in the same location. Thank you.

In the second room the beds is lower than usual.

Great location, especially if you enjoy a calm evening after walking around Bologna. Everything was clean and the staff was attentive.

The lack of AC made it a bit unbearable at night (although we were aware it had no ac). The dog’s neighbour was constantly barking.

• We were traveling by car, so location was good for us: 15 min by car to city center, 6 min by car to nearest supermarket. • Free parking near house • Very quiet location

• No A/C in apartments! We had vacation in July and temperature inside the apartment was +32°C. There were only 3 fans. • Wrong information about apartments: It was written that are going to have 2 sofa beds in living room, but actually we had only 1, which was too narrow for 2 people. We were offered an extra camping bad instead, but it was uncomfortable.

Very nice and big 2-bedroom apartment bit outside Bologna city centre. 2 bathrooms and safe parking is additional plus. A lot of green area around. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for nice stay.

No air conditioning, so in summer heat can be quite warm inside even in the night.

Excellent size. Very very clean. Had everything you need. We didn’t need to buy anything apart from food and water. Lovely clean and very quiet.

Nothing at all. Was 10/10.

Complimentary tea/coffee, snacks and toiletries. Kitchen very well equipped. Supplied detergent for washing machine, so able to do our laundry. Iron and drying facilities, plenty of towels and linen. Host very helpful, gave tips and info about using public transport and car. Also help was available with finding property on the night when we reached there. Property well maintained and modern, airy and spacious.

Only negative was no toaster, microwave and cereal bowls. Location a little difficult to find especially at night for first time though Host was very good with providing detailed instructions.

The place is nicely done, near the city and offered great value. It was clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed. An extended stay in the area would be a good alternative to a hotel in the city.

The gravel road to the place needs to be graded.
