Lovely apartment, great location for whitbys facilities, bars restaurants close by

Some noise from apartment above and parking is a bit of a wild card

The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. This was close to the beach and it took me only under 10 minutes to drive to my place of work. Everything was very close to one another and the car parking bay was just under a 5 minute walk away from the accommodation.

Lovely well appointed property, had everything we needed and more, very comfortable bed, immaculate bed linen, easy parking nearby, relatively quiet area, right on the edge of the shopping area, easy walk down to the sea.

Bathroom sink didn't drain well, bathroom edges and corners needed a good clean as quite dirty, edging round carpets also needed a good clean as they were thick with dust, worktop wasn't clean and hob splashback was smeared from wiping, positioning of TV needs rethinking - suggest swapping for mirror over radiator as it was very uncomfortable to have to twist to watch TV. Just needed a little more attention and detail to cleaning, otherwise, would have scored a 10/10 from us.

The location was superb and the facilities of the holiday let was brilliant. The lounge, kitchen and bedroom was superbly decorated and very comfortable. Top notch!

The bathroom could do with the same attention as the rest of the let. Nothing specifically wrong and perfectly fine but could do with a bit of TLC, and a shower enclosure that doesn't get everything wet! Minor issue though
