La ubicación, el parking y las habitaciones...

No tiene ascensor y los escalones son muy pequeños y propensos a una caída. Además fueron poco resolutivos con un problema /error por mi parte en la elección de 2 camas individuales en vez de 1 de matrimonio. Tuvimos nosotros que dar la solución y recomponer las camas y hacerlas.. Poco profesional.

El Personal muy atento a mis necesidades. La habitación muy cómoda y confortable, amplia y limpia. El desayuno completo y bueno. Y sobretodo a 5 minutos de la estación.

Por poner algo, que tuviera que llamar para que me dieran los códigos de acceso al alojamiento. Creo que los debería haber recibido el día de llegada.

Excellent location, if you know where you are going because there is nobody in the Inn to help you get oriented.

At booking, the Inn asked when we will arrive giving options- we marked 14:00-15:00. We arrived at 15:00 and were welcomed with a locked gate and no instructions to get in. Luckily some cleaning staff happened to be around and gave us a code to the gate. We found NOBODY in reception and the cleaning staff said that check in was 15:30... so why did they give us an option to arrive 14:00-15:00? We left to not waste time. When we returned at 21:00 we were able to get in through the gate, but the reception was locked. What to do?? Luckily, my husband picked up the code to get into reception (different from that of the gate), and we got in. There was a sign to call a number.... As tourists we do not have a local sim, so could not call. WE HAD TO ASK FRIENDS AT HOME THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY TO PLACE THE CALL FOR US! We were told they would be there is 5-8 minutes... we waited 30 minutes. The receptionist who appeared said it was the owner's policy... THESE OWNERS MUST BE TOTALLY ARROGANT AND INCONSIDERATE OF THEIR GUESTS. When we left in the morning there was no receptionist. We just had to leave our key, hoping nobody goes into our room to TAKE THE 35 EURO SHOWER GEL... That was extra bonus! See photo. Oh, the breakfast was lousy, the bed was too short, the furniture in the room made it hard to get to the bathroom from the bed. And there was only that shower gel, no shampoo.

The hotel is very close to the train stations yet tucked away from the main road. The rooms are nicely furnished, relatively minimalistic but comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Staff is very friendly. Excellent value for money.

Occasionally there came a funny smell from the bathroom. However, as the overall appearance of the hotel is very hygienic I was assuming this was due to old piping and the overall humidity in the area hence I didn't feel bothered by that.

Pas de volets aux fenêtres et un store sur les 2 fenêtres manquait avec une lumière extérieure qui éclairait la chambre toute la nuit malgré des rideaux. Une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas, La bonde du lavabo de la sdb qui ne fonctionnait pas, La parois de douche qui fuit donc de l’eau par terre, Des oreillers qui n’en sont pas du tout …

Staff muy atento, habitación estupenda y buen desayuno
