The videos for the apartment were very handy and easy to understand. The location was terrific with handy bus links. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed the close proximity to the local restaurants and shops.

"Bring it down one floor and it's the ideal location if staying in Twickenham."

Excellent location, Spacious rooms. Comfortable and clean beds. Quiet bedrooms despite main street location. By and large everything worked as it should. Excellent choice of restaurants close by and good bus services.
Second floor location a difficulty with heavy luggage. items in cutlery drawer had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. National TV channels availability seemed quite limited.

Everything was great - great clear instructions on parking and getting into the flat. Spolt for choice for restaurants nearby and a lovely chap next door that sells wine so the wife was happy!
The TV was a little intermittent and didn't work on one occasion - fortunately, my wife is never short of things to say so keep me occupied until the signal resumed.
