The cleanliness in some spots like sofa and table. There are some in unremovable stains on it.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Swimming is lovely and great to swim laps in it. Initially we booked to stay for 3 nights, we extended for another 4.

Slightly out of town, would need to have own transport or make use of grab.

Beautiful colors, pool. We had afternoon tea which was nice. Location was central to lots of things in Mae Rim.

Rooms might need a little remodeling, but they were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.
