Poloha, vybavenie, bezpečnosť, cena…

V izbe bol divný zápach. Niečo ako síra. Keby to bolo pri Slovnafte, myslel by som, že to je odtiaľ. Možno to šlo zo závesov, na ktoré pražilo slnko, neviem. Nedalo sa to ani vyvetrať… Ale iba v mojej izbe. V ostatných priestoroch nie. Okno je na juh a je tam v teplých dňoch bez klímy na nevydržanie aj pri otvorenom aj zatvorenom okne, aj so závesmi, aj bez nich… Neodporúčam tuto jednotku-izbu pre ľudí s chorobou srdca, astmou…

Das war kein Apartment sondern ein Zimmer in eine WG. Das war unangenehm und hätte vorab richtig kommuniziert werden müssen. Die Küche war nicht frei zugänglich und ich kam mir wie ein Störfaktor vor.

It was very clean and modern. The facilities were great. Altough at first entering the apartment is a little bit difficult, once you figure out the way, it is really easy. I have not slwpt this good in years, the bed was really comfortable.

Хороший ремонт

Описание объекта не соответствует фактическим условиям проживания; наличие других жильцов не было указано заранее ( информация в объявлении была представлена некорректно); инструкции по заселению были предоставлены неполностью; организация доступа в жильё была крайне неудобной; отсутствие своевременной связи создало нам серьёзные неудобства и стресс; информация о дополнительных платежах была представлена недостаточно ясно и прозрачно.
