Beautiful house and grounds great location

Lock box code was wrong and couldn't get hold of the host, we did manage to get hold of Booking. Com Auckland ph number who told us they had changed the lock box number but hadn't updated our arrival information the host did contact us a couple of hours later. It was a little worrying as we arrived just before dark.

Very spacious house. Well stocked with lots of kitchenware. Comfortable beds with beautiful linen. Very clean. The perfect stay.

Wish there was hand soap and a hand towel in the single toilet. An extra hand towel in the bathroom would be good too.

It is spacious and nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen utilities. Nice balcony and backyard overseeing the ocean.

There’s only 1 shower facility but 2 toilets so still work out for us.

Too many mosquitos. Impossible to sleep with mosquito especially buzzing in your ear. We are suffered from multiple mosquito bites. There were no mosquito nets provided. The place should have been sorted treated for mosquitoes. It's terrible. There were 100 n 100s of mosquito all the time. It's unbearable. The owner should call a pest company n do something about it
