USUSYou booked me in the wrong hotel. I could not get a refund and had to pay for the hotel I was already in, the hotel I used your service to book an extra night in. And so I wound up paying close to 400 dollars for a one night stay in a holiday inn express. I will NEVER use "booking.com" again. Thank you for nothing.
