Lovely host, the place was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed.

The location was good for the bus and train station and for walking Old Town Palermo. The kitchen was very suitable and had what we needed for cooking. The shower and bathroom were newer and clean. A broom was available for daily cleaning.

The release value on the water heater dripped often and they used a basin on the bidet to collect the drips rather than have the value fixed. There is a slight mold and sewer smell that is helped by window opening. The bed was a regular double a bit bigger would be better in todays rentals but it was fine for us-smaller people.

Great location. Central. Walking distance from all main sights and markets. Massimo was very responsive and nice. The apartment is clean and cozy and well equipped.

Could be a bit noisy at times but for us it was not bothering really. And neighbors were smoking inside the building. Again, not something that bothered us too much, but I mention that cos maybe it can bother ppl that are more sensitive than us.
