AVOID THIS PLACE – RAINBOW PARADISE HOTEL (UNIT 2015, 20TH FLOOR) This is by far the WORST hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been properly maintained for decades. Everything feels old, run-down, and neglected. The toilet was filthy, clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The bed was stained and smelled bad, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges guests to stay. This is a high-density hotel, yet only TWO lifts are working. The lifts are slow, poorly maintained, and the waiting time is ridiculous. It feels like the management simply does not care at all about guest experience or safety. When I complained to the staff, they openly admitted that management never bothers to improve or maintain the units. That alone says everything about this place. Unit 2015 is absolutely disgusting. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT stay here. Total waste of money. Never again.

Tha parking is not free, insufficient and I need to park my car twice at other side of the road and it was very risky. The check out time 1100H by PLUSH Service also not a good factor but its negotiable
