We had the first floor property. No city noise. It was clean and had most conveniences. Serviced daily, bin emptied, coffee pods renewed etc. washing machine and a good sized drying rack was provided. Staff were helpful with an early arrival. Convenient location close to everything needed.

Squeaky floor for us and some noise above us, possibly for similar reasons. Once upstairs went to bed it was very quiet.

Our host was in contact with us and greeted us upon arrival at the door. The housekeeper checked in with us every day and tidied up and changed the towels. The appartment was well located.

For our 4 day stay it was a really good and conveniently located appartment.

Wij arriveerden eerder dan de afgesproken inchecktijd, toch werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen met de opslag van onze bagage zodat wij vast de stad in konden. Bovendien wat er haast achter het schoonmaken gezet zodat wij al veel eerder het appartement in mochten. Schoonmaakster kwam dagelijks en liet een heel schoon appartement achter, elke keer weer Appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien

It was new inside and incredibly clean. We were happy to discover a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher - made our 5 day stay very comfortable. Also really appreciated the lift after walking so much in Porto!

Hot water in shower was inconsistent. View from the terrace was terrible but we didn’t spend much time there so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Comfortable bed and sofa. Clean. Spacious.

No microwave, no full-length mirror, slippery floor on the way to bedroom like there is wax on that area. I fell when I came in deck door because I slipped because I had damp feet from the wood deck. There should be a rug there and one at the entrance. I did hurt my knee.... that I showed your employee. The ad was definitely misrepresented about the amount of stairs you had to go up with your luggage. It did say there was an elevator, and I thought I would only be going up one flight of stairs that you showed in the picture. That should be stated correctly. Your picture doesn't show that my deck would be looking at the backs of buildings. I thought I was going to have a view of the city. Very deceiving.
