We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but it unfortunately turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. As a so-called 5-star hotel, the management seriously needs to address the issues we encountered during our stay: The number of flies in the restaurant was extremely alarming and unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was that the staff seemed to treat this as something normal, without taking any action. This clearly reflects poor hygiene management in the dining area. We stayed for 5 days, and both my child and I ended up suffering from food poisoning. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite, but the condition of the jacuzzi was horrifying. The water was extremely dirty, with many insects inside. It was obvious that the water had not been properly cleaned or maintained. No reasonable guest would feel comfortable using it. Throughout our stay, we faced daily issues with the shower. The hot water supply was very unstable, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Every day in the room, I had to deal with insects repeatedly, catching around 6 to 8 bugs daily. This was very disturbing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The hotel is very large, and guests rely on buggy service for transportation. However, the buggy service was very slow and unreliable. Even after calling, it would take a long time to arrive. Overall, this experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant and memorable trip. This level of service and hygiene is far below what is expected from a 5-star hotel. We strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously and make immediate improvements.

Should have more water sports on site The private pool should be more cleaned The room should have mirror not only on the washroom The restaurants should employ chefs with expertise in a variety of cuisines. I tried Indian cuisine but its never like Indian styled

Both the staff and the facilities are amazing, you can easily spend the whole day there and have a fantastic time.

My only negative is that you will need to take taxis from the pier to get anywhere, just make sure you use a local app like Bolt to make it cheaper

This was my second time staying here, and once again, the staff were lovely, especially the restaurant team. The pools are great, and the beach bar is excellent - the frozen margarita was exceptional! I was also really impressed by the food, which had a fantastic selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

We ran into a couple of issues. We were on the all-inclusive package and were told we would get 50% off anything not included. Unfortunately, we weren't informed that this excluded the mini-bar, resulting in a shocking bill at checkout. Additionally, our villa's doorbell was faulty and rang randomly throughout the night. It took nearly three days to get fixed, which disrupted our sleep.

The resort and the facilities are very well kept. The people working there are just amazing and make the stay relaxing and memorable.

The Island resort was good, the room was good, the Restaurant was decent and the breakfast was good with good variety of choices

We could not book Taxi using Bolt or Uber. Not sure if we only faced this problem. Can book when you reach the Pier so it means waiting or hire taxi through the resort or the taxi waiting which is costly as the distance to the main road is far.
